Refund policy

• The return process may take up to 12 business days once received at our location.
• We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item.
• We do not accept any altered goods.
• All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached and no stains of any kind; items must be unwashed and unworn, with no smells of smoke/perfume or of any kind to receive refund or store credit equal to the amount of the returned item(s) (Shipping not included). 
• You may initiate a return within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Regular priced items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned and will be credited/refunded for price paid only. Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded.
• For refund please email info.thealabloom@yahoo.com with your order number and item name/number and reason for return. Once Received we will notify you with updates.
